2 ingredient Chocolate Pumpkin Cupcakes

I never thought it could be true. The easiest cupcakes known to man. SOOOO easy!

One can of pumpkin

One box of Sugar Free Devil’s Food cake

I added squares of  Bakers Chocolate in my cupcakes but it wasn’t needed!

Yep, that’s it. 2 things (3 if you like bitter sweet chocolate in the center). When you mix the pumpkin and cake together you will notice that it’s super fluffy. Airy. It looks like it wouldn’t bake well but it does! Put the batter in cupcake tins.


Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes in a 350 degree oven.  About 10 minutes into baking, I stuck pieces of chocolate in the middle of the cupcakes for a gooey center.

Like it said, it’s really easy. And a little bit different than traditional chocolate cupcakes!
